BabyJam Music and Movement Class
Join Ms. Andrea of BabyJam for songs on guitar and animal puppet friends, as you shake and move to a happy beat together with your little one ages 9 months to 36 months! All aboard the learning train, as we march to the beat around the imaginary track together! We’ll also tap to the beat with big gathering drums and other musical instruments like rhythm sticks and/or glockenspiels, dance with a big color parachute and sensory scarves, then enjoy a story and bubbles! Sing along to some favorite children’s songs, as well as alphabet and counting songs! The BabyJam program is great for socialization and motor skills, and bonding with your baby, while enjoying early learning!
Preschool Music Enrichment Program
Young children ages 2 to 5 years old are invited to join Ms. Andrea in this Preschool Music Enrichment program for songs on guitar about the alphabet, counting, shapes, colors and more! We’ll explore all of the notes of the C Octave on brightly colored glockenspiels, tap to some songs together, and make music with drums and rhythm sticks. We’ll move and groove to some favorite children’s songs, and march around an imaginary train track singing the alphabet song, play with animal puppets, and stomp around to dinosaur songs! This program is great for building early language and literacy skills, early math skills, school readiness, and foundations of music. There will also be a coloring sheet for children to complete using dot paint markers. Children must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver.
…Introducing Some Other New Arts and Crafts Programs for Children Ages 5 and Up!
Paint and Play
Kids ages 5 to 10 years old will paint a picture on a mini-canvas using a variety of themes from children’s literature, animals, or nature. Soft music will play on a speaker in the background, as children use paint brushes and paint palettes to create their masterpieces. Following the paint session, kids can play with glockenspiel instruments and tap along to songs played on guitar by Ms. Andrea, then enjoy a dance party with color movement scarves.
Slime Time
Each child ages 5 to 10 years old will receive their own mini-tub of slime and beads/glitter to mix into it. After making their slime creations, kids can enjoy a freeze dance party with bubbles.
